Quick Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled & mashed potatoes
- 1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, cauliflower)
- 2 onions, 2 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Swadsetu Pav Bhaji Masala
- Butter, coriander, pav to serve
Simple Steps
- Sauté onions in butter.
- Add tomato puree, cook well.
- Mix potatoes, veggies & masala.
- Simmer, mash & serve with pav.
