Quick Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled & mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, cauliflower)
  • 2 onions, 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Swadsetu Pav Bhaji Masala
  • Butter, coriander, pav to serve

Simple Steps

  1. Sauté onions in butter.
  2. Add tomato puree, cook well.
  3. Mix potatoes, veggies & masala.
  4. Simmer, mash & serve with pav.
